Sure, they might have a million dollar empire, but what about family, friends, hobbies?

Sleep is the most important process our body undergoes. It gives the brain chance to relax, cells time to repair and refreshes us for a new day.

More sleep means a healthier you. Secondly, you have more time to cook fresh food and exercise, meaning you can stay much more fit and healthy on the outside too.
