Normally each task will be completed in the manner it was received. There is a 7 days maximum delivery time on each task, but the likelihood is that it will always be delivered before that or on the agreed time that it was scheduled to be completed in the contract. I also welcome rush jobs on express deliveries of 24, 48, & 72 hours.

  • Do you use tools in your business and what are they?

I use Asana at this time to show the progress of my work/task. Normally it is required that each client sign-up with this platform so that they are better able to see the progress of their work. I also use Skype as a way of communication for bookings in the initial consultation between a client and myself. I also send out emails so that you know when an invoice is to be delivered as well as any additional questions that need to be answered.

  • Will I be required to sign a contract?

Yes, you will be sent a contract once you agree to work with me. This is normally sent via a third party provider and is normally done through email and signed electronically.

Each invoice will be sent to the email that you provided from the initial contact or other wise stated by you. All invoices will be processed and will be sent on a Friday. This may take up to 14 business days from the day when you placed your order.

As is standard practice, you are also warned that invoices may not be processed immediately. Each Invoice will be charged a minimum of one hour on all projects, and this will be included in your initial fee, as discussed.

  • How will I be able to send my files to you and what platform do you use?

You can send your files via Asana. This way you will be informed of the progress of your task or any additional questions that need to be asked will be done through this platform. I also ask that you grant me access to your files via Dropbox, Google Drive or LastPass if you use these platforms.

  • Do you have any payment terms?

Clients are required to pay a 50% deposit on all projects or 100% on all projects depending on the nature of the project. The client must provide all materials needed for the work to be completed upfront successfully before the project is started. If not, I have the right to terminate the contract and give notice of this by the end of 7 business days.

My preferred payment method is through Paypal. With any payment method being used there is a fee associated! You can use this handy online calculator to calculate how much PayPal charges in fees.
